MARTIN CROPPER
Martin Cropper BSc, FCMA, Regional President Asia, NoLimits
Martin is an experienced and inspirational
leader, a corporate CFO, management consultant and coach. Martin’s
passion is in developing high performance teams, discovering innovative
business solutions, aligning the strategy and innovation with execution through
people and team effectiveness.
Martin has extensive experience of
developing people and teams in many leadership roles in global corporate
organisations. He is an experienced executive coach and has broad knowledge of
the deployment of leadership and employee development cultures. In his previous
role he was Regional CFO and Head of Business Planning and Six Sigma for
American Express in Japan/ Asia-Pacific/ Australia. In this role he and his
teams led many key strategic projects, developing strategic alliances and new
business opportunities.
Martin joined American Express in
1998, initially in London as head of International Strategic Planning,
subsequently moving to Hong Kong as Head of Finance for the Asia Merchant
Business, before taking on his final role at Amex.
Before joining American Express,
Martin spent four years as a management consultant for a leading UK strategy
house, where he worked for many blue chip organisations on business
development, re-engineering and outsourcing projects. He also spent two years
on assignment in Geneva helping to establish a private airline.
Prior to his consulting career
Martin had four years experience with Diageo, the world’s leading premium
drinks business where he also obtained his Fellowship of the Chartered
Institute of Management Accounts (FCMA). Martin also holds a degree in Physics
and Astronomy from the University of Sussex, England.
SIMON CROPPER
Simon Cropper, Managing Director, NoLimits
Japan and Hong Kong
Simon is the
co-founder of NoLimits Recruitment providing innovative solutions in Executive
Search, Onsite Recruitment Process Management, Executive and Career Coaching,
Leadership and Team Development.
Simon’s thrives in
developing customer tailored solutions for major organizations to attract,
recruit and retain staff. Simon’s passions are motivating people and teams to
drive better results and to believe in
their own abilities to achieve both personal and career goals.
Simon has extensive
experience across Asia Pacific and Japan building and developing teams in
multi-national organizations and has held the position as Head of Deutsche
Bank, Japan and Regional AP Specialist where he established the new recruitment
organization for Permanent and Graduate Recruiting. Simon created powerful
solutions to improve the process of internal mobility, employee branding and
executive search.
Simon has also held
the positions of Senior Onsite Consultant at Goldman Sachs and Asia Pacific, as
well as Head of Recruitment at Bearing Point (KPMG).
Simon has spent 20
years working and living in Asia Pacific and is a fluent Japanese speaker.
Before moving to Asia
Pacific, Simon was based in London as a member of the elite Queen’s Colour
Squadron of the RAF Regiment with duties including guarding Buckingham Palace,
the Tower of London and Windsor Castle.
MAUREEN KOH
Maureen Koh, BSc Senior Consultant and Coach
Maureen
enjoys helping individuals unleash the leader within themselves. She is passionate about delivering
outstanding interventions to clients who are open to change and who are
committed and ready to be at their best and to live the best life they can.
She is
fascinated with the study of actualizing human potential and has received
extensive training internationally in her pursuit to facilitate positive change
in peoples’ lives both professionally and personally.
Until
recently, Maureen was Head of Human Resources at SEB, a leading Northern
European Financial Group offering a full range of banking services, life
insurance operations and private banking.
Based in Singapore, she was responsible for developing talent,
leadership and succession, implementing employee engagement and performance
management programmes.
Maureen
is a Trainer of Neuro-Semantics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a member
of the International Society of Neuro Semantics. She is also a certified Meta-Coach with the
Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF, USA) and a qualified psychometric assessor and
Consultant Analyst of Identity Compass, a diagnostic instrument based on
cognitive behavioural sciences.
She has
broad, practical cross-cultural experience from working with international
assignees in multi-national environments.
With a BSc in Psychology and Diploma in Organisational Learning, she
draws on over twenty years of senior management experience in banking and
finance. Maureen is well-placed to
integrate her practical business experience with her education and training to
support individuals and teams to perform better and achieve their business and
personal goals.
JANET CROPPER
Janet Cropper BA(Hons), FIPD, MSc, is a people
developer, motivator and coach.
Janet’s passion is in motivating people to make
the best business, career and life decisions. Janet enjoys facilitating and
brainstorming ideas, agreeing actions with people and equipping them to have
the confidence to go the extra mile.
Janet’s fascination with aligning motivation strategies and developing people
to achieving higher organisation performance has spanned both her career and
professional education. She has extensive experience in training, coaching,
career management and human resources. Janet’s clients have included HSBC,
Reuters, PSA, UOB, BP, Agilent Technologies, 3 Com, American Express, Boots
Healthcare International and BAT. She has worked in Singapore and Hong Kong for
DBM, a global career management consultancy as a trainer and career management
consultant. She has also worked in London in Human Resources for 10 years at
Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks business.
In her corporate experience of recruitment, selection and management
development, Janet has focused on the components of personal development that
transform individuals to become star performers. Her research has led her to
learn about and develop in key areas of the personal growth equation, including
soft skills development, voice, image and coaching.
Janet holds a MSc in Training and Performance Management. She is a qualified
coach through Corporate Coach U and Coach House Asia and is a certified Master
Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Janet is a qualified
psychometric assessor and uses leading personality profiling tools, including,
MBTI, FIRO-B and OPQ. Janet is a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Personnel
Management and Development and holds a degree in European Business Studies with
German. She has also trained in image consultancy, voice and acting skills,
having acted in various amateur performances from Greek comedies and
Shakespeare to modern day plays.
KAVITHA IYER
Kavitha Iyer, Senior Consultant and Coach
Kavitha
is an Organisational Development professional with over 15 years of experience
in Human Resources.
Kavitha
is passionate about leadership and team effectiveness and enables
organizational interventions through increased insights and personal awareness.
She is an accomplished OD professional with expertise on project leadership,
needs assessment and process and change management. Kavitha is known to have a
great blend of generalist HR and specialist OD expertise which she uses in
crafting solutions that are specific to business needs.
In
her 15 years experience, Kavitha has worked with the Financial Services, FMCG and
Pharmaceutical industries. In her roles, she has provided a suite of
Organisation solutions, which include Change Management, Talent Management,
Leadership Development and Coaching. Kavitha’s consulting style focuses on
robust action planning that would help organisations and individuals in
furthering their growth and development. She has a rich and deep understanding
of the region, having worked in companies such as Unilever, Arthur Andersen,
Merck and American Express.
Kavitha
ran her own OD Consulting boutique firm (Cresca Consulting) as a sole
proprietor, for eighteen months. In this time, she started coaching with INSEAD
on their Executive programs and offered broad ranged OD solutions and Executive
coaching services for her clients. She is also a Certified Practitioner of the
MBTI and continues to coach with INSEAD as adjunct faculty coach.
Kavitha
is known for her strategic outlook and adopting a diagnostic approach towards
problem solving – which comes from her strong OD background. She will be
commencing her MS in Organisational Development and Change from the Case
Western University, in August 2009.
Kavitha
has worked and lived in the Asia-Pacific region for the past eight years. She
is now based in Singapore, where she lives with her husband and two children.
JOYCE BILLINGTON
Joyce Billington, Senior Consultant and Career Coach
Joyce
is passionate about people managers taking responsibility to engage their teams
to achieve the maximum benefit for all stakeholders. With an in depth
understanding of the impact of process change on people, she brings many
insights and practical solutions to improving organisational climate and
performance.
Joyce
brings a wealth of experience with over 17 years in the Telecommunications
industry. As Head of Organisational Learning and Development for Concert (The
British Telecom AT&T Joint Venture) she has worked with teams from front
line to senior leader level to drive process and cultural change programmes
across a variety of functional units, including Sales, Customer Service, and
Operations.
Joyce
was involved in the design and implementation of a multi million dollar
Leadership Programme for British Telecom that educated people managers in the
core values of the business and how to engage their teams more effectively. Due
to the geographical reach of the business, this involved working with a complex
matrix of nationalities, cultures and backgrounds. The programme was
successfully delivered over an 18 month period against a background of
downsizing and restructuring within the business.
Joyce
is proud of the work she has done within the Customer Service arena,
particularly in helping to drive through the “culture vision” of the Business
Team for Global Banking at BT. Joyce’s role was to establish how teams viewed
their work climate and recommend and implement solutions to close the gap
between actual and desired cultures. “For the first time, I saw people happy in
their work and performing close to the best of their ability, instead of teams
who were dissatisfied and unhappy with their work atmosphere.”
Joyce
believes in helping people become the best they can be, by treating them as
individuals and giving them a common goal. She carries this philosophy through
to her charity work for Sok Sabay, a children’s refuge in Cambodia.
CHRISTINE DALY
Christine Daly BSc MBA, Senior Consultant
Christine is an
experienced leader of large teams, with a passion for motivating people to
drive results. With more than 19 years experience in Financial Services and
extensive experience in leading and training large teams, Christine brings a
refreshing practical business approach to the learning and development arena.
Most recently, Christine led Business Development for American Express'
Customer Service International. Prior to this Christine was the Head of
American Express Operations for more than 5 years. She brings strong
relationship skills developed through her past experience as a Vice President
for Citibank, NA, Singapore's Private Banking Group. Having held Executive
positions in the Private Banking and Credit Card industries, Christine brings a
passion for leading and motivating individuals to maximize their potential.
With extensive work experience in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US, Christine
brings a global perspective and awareness to the learning and development
environment.
Christine holds a Masters of Business Administration from New York University,
New York, USA, and a Bachelors of Science in Finance and International Business
from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA.
Christine is the founding member and President of the American Express'
Singapore chapter of the Women's Interest Network. She is a mother of two young
children and enjoys running, golf and water skiing.
MICHAEL CULME-SEYMOUR
Sir Michael Culme-Seymour, Senior
Consultant
Michael’s
focus is about developing people and he is motivated to bring about change in
even the most resilient of managers and leaders.
Previously,
Michael was CEO Asia Pacific & EMMEA at DHL and sat on the board of directors of Deutsche Post
Global Mail in Germany.
Before
this position, Michael was based in Switzerland in various management positions
with DHL and Swissair where much of his work was in the development of these
companies internationally.
Prior to
his 20 years of experience in the management of logistics companies Michael
worked in the maritime industry in the Middle East and also spent six years in
service with the Royal Navy.
Being a
visionary, Michael has moved back to Singapore to focus on helping companies
grow, re-shape and expand their business in Asia, leveraging his many years of
experience in people leadership and corporate strategic planning.
In
addition to being an outstanding facilitator and consultant, Michael is an avid
professional photographer. Michael also dedicates much of his time to an NGO in
India helping street children.
SALLY DELLOW
Sally
Dellow, Senior Consultant and Coach
Sally is an outstanding coach, facilitator
and a professional roleplayer for corporate management and leadership
assessment. Sally’s focus areas are communication, creativity and innovation,
diversity and cross-cultural competency and interpersonal skill
development.
Sally works with both corporate and private
executive clients, coaching individuals of many nationalities and
personalities. Her clients work
predominantly in accountancy, banking, finance and law.
Sally’s coaching provides
executives with approaches and tools for understanding and managing themselves,
their colleagues, competitors and corporate partners. Addressing differing
cultural norms, modes of communication, expectations and preferred/accepted
behaviours, her work with clients translates into more insightful behaviour
choices and more successful management and leadership relationships.
Sally is accustomed to working with a range
of well-respected measurement tools and strategies. Where appropriate, she
leverages her creative background as a professional actor, playwright and poet
to help clients. She may draws on visual
stimuli, roleplay, realplay and creative thinking strategies. These right-brain
approaches can be the ‘grit in the oyster’ and result in ‘pearls of wisdom’ for
her coaching clients by offering fresh perspectives on old problems and opening
up a wider range of possibilities in challenging situations.
Sally is
a graduate of Coach U and a professional member of the International Coach
Federation, the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches and the Hong Kong
International Coaching Community. She
holds a certification in Relationship Skills (St John’s Counseling Service,
Hong Kong) and is a registered Art Guidance Coach. Sally also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree
from King’s College, University of London, UK (1987). She grew up internationally, and has worked
in Asia for 20 years.

Steven
brings an impressive wealth of experience to each of his engagements. Whilst
his base is the UK, his work takes him all over the world. Over the last 15
years, he has coached a vast array of senior executives from an extremely
diverse client base, helping each of them to bring a greater personal impact to
their leadership, their professional relationships, and communication.

working with an individual, leading a small seminar, or delivering a larger
public address, Steven brings an unparalleled degree of empathy and insight to
his work, encouraging people to leave no stone unturned as they search for the
most authentic and culturally savvy route to their goals. He enables his

Having
spent 15 years as an actor and director, working with some of the most
